These little cookies were actually quite good, very cakey! Thanks 1971 Betty Crocker recipe card! The next day they did go a little soft but my boys did not complain, they just ate! I actually only made half the cookie dough recipe and still got 36 cookies out of it! I made the full batch of icing for it however, being a little generous with each cookie there was the perfect amount!
